The Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB, remains committed in strengthening international collaboration networks, expanding knowledge sharing and enhancing educational excellence at the national, regional and global levels by participating in the 12th International Conference on Education Reform, ICER 2026 and the 8th Annual General Meeting of the Board of Directors. Held in Thailand, the conference and meeting was organised by Faculty of Education, Mahasarakham University, MSU, Khon Kaen, Thailand in collaboration with the Consortium of Asia-Pacific Education Universities, CAPEU.

Present were Associate Professor Dr Abdul Nasir bin Haji Abdul Rani, the Ra'es of KUPU SB and Awang Ahmad Humaizi bin Haji Samihon, Deputy Dean for Education, Faculty of Education and Social Sciences, KUPU SB. It brings together academics, researchers and education practitioners from various regional and international Higher Education Institutions to discuss current issues, innovations and reforms in education.

KUPU SB delegation led by the Ra'es of KUPU SB attended the 8th Annual General Meeting, CAPEU Boards of Directors. Attended by 25 university representatives, the meeting included discussions on the presentation of activity reports and exploring opportunities for academic and research collaboration between member institutions.
